General contractor seeks qualified mechanical and electrical project superintendent with a minimum of five years experience for work in New York`s five boroughs primarily. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems a must. Responsibilities include site administration, coordination of project documentation, monitoring of suppliers and subs, and job cost accounting. Position will report to project manager. Initial assignments are in Brooklyn and border of Long Island. Must have own transportation and a valid driver`s license. Salary commensurate with experience; competitive benefits.
